HACAC Scholars Program

The mission of the HACAC Scholars Program is to provide professional development opportunities that support under-resourced and high-impact HACAC members who are helping to facilitate access to higher education for students in the state of Hawaii.

Funding for the HACAC Scholars Program is made available through support from the HACAC Scholars Program and the NACAC Imagine Grant, and various other organizations that support HACAC through generous grants and sponsorships.

2019 NACAC National Conference

Scholarship Application

Through the joint support of the NACAC Imagine Grant and the HACAC Scholars Program, HACAC is pleased to announce the availability of scholarships to attend the 2019 NACAC Conference, September 26-28 in Louisville, Kentucky.

Each scholarship recipient will receive $2,500 to help cover registration, airfare, lodging and other costs associated with attending the conference. Priority will be given to public school counselors and counselors serving on the neighbor islands.

Applicants must be current HACAC members.

2019 PNACAC Summer College Tour

Scholarship Application

Through the joint support of the NACAC Imagine Grant and the HACAC Scholars Program, HACAC is pleased to announce the availability of scholarships to attend the 2019 PNACAC Summer College Tour from June 23 - 28.

Each scholarship recipient will receive $1600 to help cover registration, airfare, and other costs associated with attending the tour. The tour will begin on Sunday, June 23 in Ashland, OR and conclude on Friday, June 28 in Portland, OR. Priority will be given to public school counselors and counselors serving on the neighbor islands.

Applicants must be current HACAC members.
